Everyone experiences feelings of anxiety at some time in their life. It is a perfectly normal response when we feel stressed, challenged or threatened in some way.
At this time, when the world is in turmoil, it is only natural to feel concerned about many aspects of your future. You may be worried about your income, your job, your relationships or any number of other issues that arise when things are not normal.
Anxiety can be exhausting. Do any of these statements describe how you sometimes feel:
